Neurology, Psychiatry and Balance Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary medical and physical therapy center in Blue Bell, PA specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological, psychiatric, and musculoskeletal conditions such as seizures, dizziness, vertigo, depression, imbalance, and concussion.

Founded in 2012 by Sonya Knight, DO, FAAN, (a board certified neurologist, board certified psychiatrist, and board certified epileptologist) and James Barsky, PT, DPT, (who has a doctorate in physical therapy), NPBTC offers patients coordinated medical care and rehabilitation in a warm, relaxing environment.
